Privacy Policy

1. Overview

ProspectAI is free, open-source software released under the MIT License and available at github.com/VanguardiaAI/prospectai-website. This document describes the data practices of the informational landing page at leads.vanguardia.dev. It is not a SaaS product — ProspectAI is designed to be self-hosted by each individual or organization on their own infrastructure.

2. Data Collected by This Website

This landing page is a static website. We do not set cookies, run analytics scripts, or collect any form of personal data. There are no user accounts, no contact forms, and no tracking pixels of any kind on this site.

The only external network request made is to Google Fonts(fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to load the typefaces used in the interface. When your browser loads these fonts, Google may log your IP address in accordance with their own privacy policy. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

3. Server Logs

Our web server may retain standard access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, pages requested, timestamp) for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used for marketing or shared with third parties.

4. Self-Hosted Instances

When you download and deploy ProspectAI on your own server, you become the data controller for any personal data processed by that instance. This includes business contact information gathered during prospecting campaigns, email addresses, and website audit results. You are solely responsible for:

  • Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, LOPD, etc.).
  • Obtaining appropriate consents before sending commercial emails or WhatsApp messages.
  • Securing access to your instance and the data it stores.
  • Respecting opt-out requests from recipients.

5. Third-Party Services

This page links to GitHub (github.com). When you follow these links, GitHub's own privacy policy applies. We have no control over GitHub's data practices.

6. Your Rights

Since this website does not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, rectify, or delete. If you have questions about a self-hosted instance operated by a third party, please contact that party directly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
